Her passion for optometry led her to complete a Residency in ocular disease at the Wilmington VA Medical Center in Delaware, refining her expertise and gaining invaluable experience. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama - Dr. Fowler now calls the vibrant Triangle area home, having moved here to be closer to her family.
Dr. Fowler possesses a particular fondness for vascular and optic nerve diseases, with her primary focus on glaucoma, specifically low tension glaucoma. Her approach to patient care is marked by her ability to simplify complex concepts.
