Melissa Stephens, our esteemed Office Manager at The Eye Center, has been a driving force since joining the team in May 2018. Armed with a Bachelor of Science degree from UNCW, Melissa has a robust background in leadership, having held key roles in various college clubs and professional positions. While this marks her first managerial position, her experience in leading teams and providing exceptional customer service has laid a solid foundation for her current role.

Melissa's commitment to fostering a positive work environment is evident in her leadership style. She leads by example, emphasizing the importance of good vibes and mutual respect to create a cohesive, family-like atmosphere within the office. Her empathy and dedication to building strong relationships contribute to the overall success of The Eye Center.

Outside of her managerial responsibilities, Melissa's passion for music, especially EDM, takes center stage. A regular attendee at music festivals and concerts, she shares these experiences with friends, creating lasting memories. Melissa's personal life is just as vibrant, as she spends quality time with her boyfriend Brandon and her energetic 3-year-old Husky, Kygo. Together, they explore new places in the Raleigh Area, embodying Melissa's adventurous spirit both in and out of the workplace.
